Singer-Songwriter & Poet (Singapore)
Jean Tan is a singer-songwriter based in Singapore. Her music is a blend of folk and other influences (e.g. indie, electronica, jazz), inspired by artistes such as Beth Orton, Eva Cassidy, Joni Mitchell, and Lianne La Havas. Her songs are
confessional and poetic narratives, often depicting life with raw authenticity.
Jean Tan has performed at the National Stadium and Gardens by the Bay for SEA Games 2015, having written a song for the games called ‘Colours’ for the Songs of the Games compilation (also featuring artistes like Gentle Bones, The Sam Willows, and Charlie Lim). She opened for Michael W. Smith in 2013, and has performed at events like Zandari Festa 2017 (Seoul, Korea), Singapore Night Festival 2016, Starker Music Festival, and Riverside Flow. Jean Tan’s song ‘Waiting for Love’ is also recently featured on the Korea-Singapore collaboration album, Danzzan Date, featuring Becka, Hubbabubbas, G-Urban, Dawn of the Day, and other indie artistes.
Jean Tan went through 6 operations in her growing years due to a birth impediment, and later on became diagnosed with kidney disease at 24. She often weaves her life challenges into her songs and uses her music for social good. Jean Tan has performed and shared her story in schools, teenage homes, and at events in support of Halogen Foundation, World Vision, Relief Singapore, Operation Smile, Architects of Life, and more.

Not only has guitarist Neil Zaza helped to define the genre of melodic instrumental guitar, he has become a worldwide ambassador for the instrument itself. His melodic compositions have changed the way musicians play, and what audiences worldwide demand out of their guitar heroes.
With fiery technical brilliance and breathtaking musical interpretation, Neil Zaza has defined himself as the instrumental guitarist with an unparalleled ability to combine solid, catchy songwriting with a keen melodic sense and technical fury.
From his virtuoso rock solos, to laying a funk groove, to demonstrating his classical prowess by performing Bach and Mozart compositions, Zaza’s extreme versatility has been showcased worldwide in concerts, clinics, festivals, as well as on his own solo instrumental albums. Zaza has shared the bill with Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Dweezil Zappa, Steve & Mike Porcaro (Toto), Yngwie Malmsteen, Vinnie Moore, and Andy Summers among countless others. He has performed on albums by Dweezil Zappa, Eric Carmen, Michael Stanley and also supplied guitar tracks for a Stewart Copeland-produced movie soundtrack.
